That’s why we’ve partnered with the New York State Department of State’s Division of Consumer Protection to host a presentation on Stop, Think, Verify: How to Recognize and Avoid Scams.
Join us on October 22 at 6:00 p.m. at the Colton Fire Department for a presentation by Carl Ferrero. The class will cover wellness, investment, romance, and identity theft scams, how to recognize the warning signs, and what to do if you become a victim.
We encourage community members to attend and learn more about protecting themselves and their families. Please help us spread the word.
